Original Recipe: Berry Protein Smoothie
This recipe, which I’ve made a couple of times at home, is packed with protein from the protein powder and rich in antioxidants thanks to the mix of berries. It’s quick and easy to prepare, requires minimal effort and simple ingredients, and is budget‑friendly as well, making it a reliable go‑to for busy mornings or a post‑workout boost.

- 1 Banana
- Kos Chocolate protien powder scoop
- 2/3 cup Cashew Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Acai Berry
- 1/2 cup Blue Berries
- 1/2 cup Wild Berries
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in the blender
- blend until desired consistency is reached

Little Insight
While blending you might want to add honey for sweetness and some sort of liquid (I used milk) since it gets pretty thick in the blender
