This recipe, which I’ve made a couple of times at home, is packed with protein from the protein powder and rich in antioxidants thanks to the mix of berries. It’s quick and easy to prepare, requires minimal effort and simple ingredients, and is budget‑friendly as well, making it a reliable go‑to for busy mornings or a post‑workout boost.

Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • Kos Chocolate protien powder scoop
  • 2/3 cup Cashew Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Acai Berry
  • 1/2 cup Blue Berries
  • 1/2 cup Wild Berries

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender
  2. blend until desired consistency is reached

Notes

It may be beneficial to add some sort of liquid of your choosing while blending as it gets pretty thick, and an optional ingredient is honey to add sweetness
