I started my culinary journey with goal of just cooking for myself, but then later discovered the real reason why I love to cook was: to allow everyone to enjoy good food. Wether they have allergens or intolerances. I strongly believe that nobody should be left out just because they’re allergic or can’t eat a certain ingredient.
